Photographs
Progressive Photography reserves the right to use any photographic image taken by us for display in our portfolio, or for exhibitions, competitions and other promotions of our work. We will act on a reasonable written request from you that particular photographs not be used for these purposes. Other than for these purposes, we confirm that no commercial or product promotion use will be made by us of photographs unless agreed to in writing.
When we photograph events and particular guests indicate to us that they do not wish their photograph taken, we will comply with their request.
We will act promptly on a written request to remove a particular image from our website.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Such measures include regular security reviews, upgrades, and backups. We use our best efforts to maintain the security and reliability of our infrastructure; however, they are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Children's Guidelines
This site is not specifically directed at children, but we are conscious of the fact that children may access the site so we aim to restrict the material on our pages to content that would be considered as suitable to all ages. Children using this site are encouraged to seek parental approval prior to using or subscribing to services. Children are not permitted make purchases at this site.
